I noticed this in the paper on the 10/3 but forgot to mention it here. I see that a west side Flagship has been started. What do you guys think about it? A campaign promise kept?

If so then good. It is good for politicians to keep their promises.
A business incubator or some other mechanism to increase business is needed in order to improve our economy around here. The West Side needs the economic improvement and development more than anyone else.

I agree. It was one of Kris' campaign issues. I think he was wrong, or just campaigning, with much of what he said about the flagship area at exit 22. Turns out he seems to have settled into the middle ground in that the area there is essential to growth but a west side flagship is also needed. I think it was a wise decision he has come to.

Why would the city but an incubator on the west side. It will only end up getting robbed.

If they put one on the west side, it will happen close to city election time. Votes you know. I'd about bet the Reese family is not at the ribbon cutting.
