Wind advisory in effect from 8 am to 8 pm edt Monday
The NWS in Indianapolis has issued a wind advisory, which is in effect from 8 am to 8 pm edt Monday.
Sustained winds of up to 30 mph, with wind gusts of 45 mph are anticipated across much of central Indiana along and north of a terre haute to rushville line on Monday. These will be the strongest winds experienced across the area in several months.
Precautionary/preparedness actions,
A wind advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

The NWS in Indianapolis has issued a
Flood watch for a portion of Indiana, Including The Following areas, Bartholomew, Boone, Brown, Carroll, Clay, clinton, Daviess, Decatur, Delaware, Fountain, Greene, hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Henry, Howard, Jackson, jennings, Johnson, Knox, Lawrence, Madison, Marion, martin, Monroe, Montgomery, Morgan, Owen, Parke, putnam, Randolph, Rush, Shelby, Sullivan, Tippecanoe, tipton, Vermillion, Vigo And Warren.
From Thursday afternoon through Friday afternoon
Widespread rainfall will support an increased chance for flooding in low lying areas, Near Rivers, Creeks And Streams.
Precautionary/preparedness actions,
A flood watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts.
You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible flood warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Through early Friday afternoon

Freeze watch in effect from late Saturday night through Sunday morning,
The NWS in Indianapolis has issued a freeze watch, which is in effect from late Saturday night through sunday morning.
Look for temperatures to drop into the upper 20s by Sunday morning from anderson, muncie and new castle. Low temperatures around 30 are possible around kokomo, noblesville, shelbyville and greensburg.
Temperatures may approach freezing in some areas late tonight. But we are expecting the coldest temperatures to occur Saturday night as skies clear.
Precautionary/preparedness actions,
A freeze watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation.
