Mistake, that's really an understatement. When you give a state contract to a private corporation so they can make a profit on tax dollars is a crime. Just like when Ole Mitch sold our Toll Road to corporation who are based outside our country. Just think the money we got for our tax dollars are already gone and these companies can make a profit off it for the next 75 years. There is no other word I can say about it but it was just plain STUPID!
